Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garments are in unworn, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Await Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
